Watch Prince Harry’s Reunion with Members of the Royal Family

For the first time since Queen Elizabeth II's state funeral last September, Prince Harry has publicly reunited with members of the royal family for the coronation of his father, King Charles III.

The Duke of Sussex was spotted entering Westminster Abbey alongside his cousins, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, and their husbands, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Jack Brooksbank.

He wore a black suit by Dior for the occasion, while Beatrice wore a hot-pink dress and Eugenie wore a navy blue ensemble. On his suit, the duke wore his Afghanistan service medal, as well as the Golden, Diamond, and Platinum Jubilee medals on his medal bar. He additionally wore the KVCO Star decoration around his neck.

Harry's brother, Prince William, and Catherine, Princess of Wales, arrived at the abbey with the king. Harry was later photographed sitting three rows behind William and Kate, as well as their children, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. (Their eldest child, Prince George, was seated elsewhere as he served as one of Charles's pages of honor.)

Today's ceremony marks the first British coronation in 70 years (the last was when Queen Elizabeth was crowned in 1953).

BAZAAR.com previously reported that Harry would be attending the coronation, though his wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, would remain in California.

BAZAAR understands that the Duke of Sussex flew into London ahead of the May 6 event and plans to leave immediately after, meaning that he will be in the city for less than 48 hours to celebrate the king's coronation. He will not attend other events throughout the weekend, such as the Coronation Concert, the Big Lunch, and the Big Help Out.

Harry's appearance at the historic ceremony arrives amid a contentious period in his relationship with the royal family, who figured in much of the duke's tell-all memoir, Spare. In the book, Harry revealed several bombshells about his relationship with Charles and William, from Charles and Camilla allegedly planting stories about other family members to the press to William physically assaulting Harry after a heated disagreement.
