Sundance Film Festival London 2017: 7 films to watch out for

Not many a cinephile will have had the chance to fly in for this year's Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

Thankfully, the Sundance Institute and Picturehouse Central are teaming up once more to bring 14 highlights from this year's festival straight to London's silver screens.

The event is also set to include a programme of 15 shorts by both emerging and established independent filmmakers, including a dedicated UK strand; this year also marks the first time the festival will host a 'Surprise Film', bringing another Sundance highlight over for a very exclusive screening.

Another addition for 2017 is the Audience Favourite award, allowing festivalgoers their chance to vote on their favourite features, with a winner announced at the close of the four days.
