Susanna Reid shares glamorous rain soaked selfie on Instagram

Susanna Reid still managed to look as glamorous and gorgeous as ever despite getting caught in torrential downpours over the weekend.

The Good Morning Britain presenter shared a photo of herself holding back her drenched hair while wearing a green and black blouse and smiling into the camera.

Lamenting the recent grey and soggy weather after a short-lived spell of sunshine, the 50-year-old star captioned her picture: "RAINY! Last couple of days @gmb tomorrow & Tuesday before the summer break but … where did the summer go?"

Susanna was inundated with compliments from fans and followers, with one commenting: "Gorgeous photo Susanna!"

Another added: "Gorgeous!! This is British weather though two days of good weather and then we make up for it with a month of rain haha."

Susanna returns to the ITV breakfast show after a week off, and will be taking another break to enjoy the summer holidays with her family. The TV star is mother to three boys - Finn, Jack, and Sam.

Last week, the presenter was named the Celebrity Personality Of The Year 2021 at the National Reality TV Awards, and her GMB co-host Ben Shephard presented her with the award on the show this morning (Monday, July 26).

"Just quickly, I feel like it's important we present this fabulous award that Susanna won last week at The National Reality TV Awards," Ben told viewers. "She was presented with Celebrity Personality Of The Year. So congratulations to you."

Susanna then announced that Good Morning Britain had won Best Talk Show at the ceremony, and handed Ben the award.
