Movie Planned For 30th Anniversary Of BBC Drama Casualty

A feature-length ‘action movie’ version of 'Casualty’ is being produced by the BBC to celebrate 30 years of the hit medical drama. The Daily Mirror reports sources on the project saying that it will be based around a 'dramatic and shocking stunt that will hit the very heart of the hospital’. Actor Derek Thompson, who plays Charlie Fairhead in the show, the series’ longest-serving character, will have a part in the movie, it’s been confirmed.
