It looks as though ‘Wedding Crashers’ may get a sequel. Appearing on The Today Show, original ‘Wedding Crashers’ star Isla Fisher revealed that she’s been talking to Vince Vaughn… and there may be a sequel in the works. “I bumped into Vince Vaughn at a party and he said that apparently we’re going to be making a sequel,” she said.
‘Zoolander: Super Model’ is here… no, really. Appearing on Netflix to absolutely no fanfare whatsoever, ‘Zoolander: Super Model’ seems to be the latest instalment of ‘Zoolander’ starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. This actually made it to Netflix.
The first ‘Zoolander’ was packed with amazing cameos including David Bowie, Posh Spice, and Donald Trump plus a host of huge names from the fashion world, so the bar was well and truly raised for the sequel. Fans suspected that they’d struggle to match that stellar line up for ‘Zoolander 2′, but from Susan Boyle and Ariana Grande to Justin Bieber and Benedict Cumberbatch, the new film is positively crammed with recognisable faces. The creative team behind the film including star and director Ben Stiller and writer Justin Theroux say stars were literally throwing themselves at them to get involved.
Together, they probably have roughly the same IQ as clothes shop mannequins, which made Ben Stiller’s Derek Zoolander and Owen Wilson’s Hansel perfect for this stunt. The pair stopped traffic and drew crowds in Rome as they posed in the window of the swish Valentino store. Moves such as Le Tigre, Magnum and, of course, Blue Steel were very much in evidence.
Let it be known that male models Derek Zoolander and Hansel have stayed on trend ever since they made their movie debut in 2001′s ‘Zoolander’.
