    BrOTHERHOOD clip: Noel Clarke nearly SUED Bashy before he signed him up for the soundtrack

    UK grime star Bashy – real name Ashley Thomas – was so impressed by Noel Clarke’s 2006 film ‘KiDULTHOOD’ he made a mixtape featuring samples from the film. Clarke initially wanted to SUE him for illegally sampling the film, as Bashy explains in our exclusive clip from the upcoming ‘BrOTHERHOOD’ DVD release above, but he quickly changed his mind when he heard the quality of the music. “I was rapping at the time and my name was starting to bubble, but it hadn’t bubbled enough,” explains Bashy.
