This Russian Government Worker Is A Dead Ringer For Leonardo DiCaprio

This is what Leonardo DiCaprio could have looked like if things perhaps hadn’t turned out quite as great as they have done.

Currently sending the internet wild - thanks to a post on Imgur - is a portrait of an unidentified Russian chap working for the Russian interior who looks uncannily like the ‘Titanic’ star.

Sure, his face is rounder, the beard and moustache more wispy, he’s greying a bit at the temples, and he’s generally a bit more, well, big-boned, but essentially, this is DiCaprio in epaulettes.

With his face planted onto Jack from 'Titanic’, thanks to some sterling meme-ry, the circle is complete.

It follows the recent emergence of 21-year-old Swedish barman Konrad Annerud, who is often mistaken for the star, and thanks to the likeness poses up a storm on Instagram to his 210,000 followers.

When his likeness began going viral last October, he said: “I am told I resemble Leo quite often. It can be quite annoying sometimes when people call me 'Leo’ instead of my real name. But it’s fun to look like him, I mean, he’s handsome.”

Our mystery policeman is not the only Russian to be blessed with Leo’s likeness - there’s also this also unidentified chap.

He’s got no shortage of slightly odd-looking stunt-doubles, then.
