Aside from the couple displaying the baby scan picture they shared no other information other than wishing everyone a happy February the 14th. They’ve not revealed who the surrogate mother is yet, either; just that the married couple are expecting their first child.

Daley shared the same snap on Twitter, which prompted plenty of congratulatory messages for the soon-to-be dads from his army of fans.

The gold medal winner has been married to American screenwriter, actor, and director Dustin Lance Black, 43, since 2017.

Speaking to Out Magazine in 2016, the swimmer revealed how quickly the pair hit it off. ‘Quite honestly, we talked about marriage within the first two weeks after seeing each other the first time in LA,’ he revealed.

Black added: ‘We were so busy making all these plans – we both wanted to have children; we both wanted to build a home of our own someday. I draw, so I was sketching little plans for houses on cliffs overlooking oceans, while Tom watched over my shoulder – it was a very grown-up version of playing house.

‘Marriage is the foundation to all of these other big plans we have. So we knew we were going to get engaged—it was just a matter of when, and who does it.’

The pair got married in Bovey Castle in May of last year.
