Actors share the major roles they missed out on in painful thread
Actors often lament the ones that got away - the roles which, had they landed them, could have changed everything.
And in a rollercoaster thread kicked off by British actor Charlie Condou, many have been wading in with their most painful moments.

Condou, who's had long-running roles in Coronation Street and Holby City, began with his losing out to Martin Freeman's to play frustrated salesman Tim Canterbury in The Office (as well as Andrew Lincoln’s role in pivotal drama series This Life).
