Tim Robbins Keeps Getting Asked About New York Prison Break

Tim Robbins was on Conan and talked about starring in one of the most beloved films of all time, The Shawshank Redemption. But that achievement comes with a price, because every time someone breaks out of prison, like the New York inmates that recently escaped by cutting through walls and crawling through steam pipes, Tim has go around reminding people that Shawshank is a fictional story. "I did get a few calls. For me it's a different story, Andy was innocent," Tim said, referencing his character Andy Dufresne who escaped from prison in a similar way to how real life convicts Richard Matt and David Sweat broke out of Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate New York. But Conan had the funniest take on Tim constantly being asked to comment on the jailbreak, saying, "It's like calling Leo DiCaprio every time a boat sinks."
