If you've been wondering where Kia's smaller EVs are, the Concept EV3 is here to tell you that patience is a virtue. This concept hints at a compact electric SUV with some interesting styling and a focus on environmentally friendly cabin materials.
The EV3 is a concept car meant to preview a new compact EV from Kia.
It incorporates many design cues familiar from the larger EV9 and EV5 models.
The EV3 has an athletic stance and wears its squarish design elements well.
We are digging the look of these futuristic four-spoke wheels.
Because it lacks many typical fanciful concept-car elements, we're thinking that the production EV3 will look similar to this.
At the rear, the resemblance between the EV3 and the EV9 is particularly noticeable.
The EV3 will likely offer more range than Kia's current smallest EV, the Niro EV.
We don't have exact dimensions yet, but the EV3 looks a lot like a subcompact crossover to us.
Let's hope this cool mint-green color makes its way to production, too.
