White House unveils Christmas decorations

The White House was decorated by more than 125 volunteers, who put up 62 Christmas trees, 106 wreaths, more than 1,200 feet of garland, and more than 3,200 strands of lights.

The official White House Christmas Tree came from Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and was adorned with decorations handmade by children.

Other features of Ms. Trump's holiday display include: a nod to the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote, in the White House Library, as well as a tribute to first responders and frontline workers in the Red Room.

The first lady also continued traditions from years past, such as a tree dedicated to Gold Star families and Christmas wreaths hung on the windows.

This will be the Trumps' fourth and final Christmas in the White House, as President-elect Joe Biden prepares to move in early next year.
