Whoopi Goldberg has a confession: sometimes she works out in jeans.

The View host, 68, admitted on Tuesday’s episode while chatting about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s reported peculiar habit of exercising in denim that she also has done the same thing.

“You can’t do any exercise in denim,” host Sunny Hostin, 55, said after Alyssa Farah Griffin, 34, brought up the subject. “No, no you can,” Goldberg replied. “You can. Yeah, I’ve done that.”

Her response prompted Hostin to ask, “What about the sweating in the privates?”

Goldberg told her that she just “changes” her clothes when she gets home.

“Because listen, sometimes you don’t have time to stop when everybody else is in their shorts and everything,” she added. “And you go and you get some exercise in when you can.”

Sara Haines, 46, then proceeded to ask Goldberg several questions about her answer. “You have worked out in your jeans? In the gym? In public? People have witnessed this?,” she asked.

“I have worked out in my [jeans]. I have. Yes, people have witnessed it,” Goldberg replied.

Host Joy Behar, 81, appeared to take Goldberg’s side asking, “What's the big deal?”

"I don’t know. Apparently it’s a freaky thing to some people,” Goldberg quipped to Haines.

Exercising in jeans is one of many things the Ghost actress is thankful for having experienced in her life. She recalled various memories as she celebrated her 68th birthday on the daytime talk show by gifting her fellow co-hosts with some of her favorite things, including Prosecco.

“Let me tell you why it’s important. I think it's important because I feel lucky to have lived to this age," Goldberg began.

She continued, “I outlived my brother — I’m older than my brother was — and I just feel like I should celebrate and have a good time for all those folks who didn't get to get here."

“We are very lucky to have you co-host,” Hostin told her.

Following Goldberg’s touching tribute on Monday’s show, Haines, pointed out the cake dolls sculpted in the EGOT winner’s likeness. One resembled Goldberg's Sister Act character, Sister Mary Clarence.

“What happened in Italy today, it turns out I was honored because an Italian entertainer Rosario Fiorello and singer Mahmood performed a Sister Act tribute in honor of my birthday in Italy," Goldberg said. "The show is called Viva Rai 2.”
