One of the most memorable scenes in ‘Pretty Woman’ sees Richard Gere’s character Edward Lewis offer Julia Roberts' alter ego Vivian Ward a necklace. After he snaps the box shut when she tries to touch it she ends up laughing. This exchange was not planned, but Julia’s reaction was so unique that director Garry Marshall decided to use the scene in the final cut. According to VH1, ‘The Notebook’ director Nick Cassavetes revealed that Ryan Gosling improvised one of the film's most famous lines. The line “What do you want?” followed by a more energetic repetition of “WHAT DO YOU WANT?”, was the actor’s idea. "It became one of the most iconic things from the film [that] wasn’t in the script. The iconic kiss between Steve Carell's character Michael Scott and Oscar Nunez's character Oscar Martinez in 'The Office' was 100 percent natural. When Draco catches his henchman Goyle, who is really Harry having taken Polyjuice Potion, wearing glasses and reading he quips: "I didn't know you could read." This line was improvised by Tom Felton who played Draco. KJ Apa’s ice punch as Archie Andrews in 'Riverdale' was a little more forceful that expected. During an interview with TVLine in 2017, the actor revealed that he got a little too into character. KJ said: "I wasn’t really punching the ice, I just got a little bit too excited, and I was punching a foam mat… sitting on the ice, but I was just kind of going for it. In ‘Dirty Dancing’ there is a scene which shows Baby and Johnny crawl towards each other on the floor while ‘Love is Strange’ by Mickey & Sylvia is playing. Quentin Tarantino’s western film had a scripted scene where Leonardo DiCaprio was supposed to slam his hand on a table as his unscrupulous character Monsieur. The actor ran through the scene several times in order to achieve the perfect scene, which only happened when he accidentally slammed his hand into glass and cut it. Leo and the crew kept filming and the blood made the scene more credible. The film’s producer, Stacey Sher, told Variety in 2012: “He never broke character. He kept going. He was in such a zone. The extreme pain Viggo Mortensen's character Aragorn experiences after hitting his helmet was real and unplanned. The actor actually broke two of his toes while shooting the iconic scene but kept filming. On the DVD behind-the-scenes interview, director Peter Jackson said: "Viggo was actually feeling that pain, he actually turned that into performance. I mean he stayed in the character of Aragorn.
