Zac Efron gushes about new bromance with Seth Rogen

James Franco might want to keep an eye on Zac Efron, as it looks like the young heartthrob is eyeing a bromance with his best buddy Seth Rogen.

The High School Musical star features alongside funnyman Seth in new comedy Neighbors, and it sounds like Zac had a whale of a time on set.

In fact, when the muscle-bound Zac popped into the Radio 1 studio around breakfast time for a chat he not only had great things to say about Seth, he also insisted the comic made everyone around him greater as well.

He said, "I have always appreciated Seth's sense of humour, because it's so honest, it's really self-deprecating, and I've identified with it since I was super young. He's so good. He makes anything funny. He does (make me funnier), he passes the Seth energy on. He makes everybody funny.''

Don't go too overboard, Zac, we can hear Seth's head expanding from here.

Perhaps James already suspects Zac of planning a takeover, as he seemed pretty keen to remind us all how close he and Seth are on Wednesday when he took to his Twitter page to share some, er, interesting paintings he'd done of his friend in the nude. Can't get closer than that, right?

It must be a hard life being Seth, having all the most handsome boys fighting for your attention. There must be literally millions of women in the world who would die to be in that position...
