Lazy new Die Hard poster spotted
As soon as we saw this early promotional poster for the latest 'Die Hard' sequel, we knew something was amiss. The pose, the clothes even the scar on Bruce Willis' face has a distinctly familiar look to it.
Guests visiting a licensing expo on Las Vegas were treated to some great exclusives such as the new 'Superman' outfits from the 'Man of Steel', but those looking for some 'Die Hard' teasers will have been sorely disappointed.

It's basically the poster from 2007's 'Die Hard 4.0' — or 'Live Free or Die Hard' as it was known in the US — with the new title added and the background changed. The new film is set in Russia, so out goes the Washington backdrop and in comes the Moscow skyline.
It's clearly a very early holding poster, but we couldn't help chuckle at a very lacklustre attempt at building excitement for the new film.
According to Kevin Smith, who worked with Willis in the last movie of the action franchise and directed the star in 'Cop Out', it's very difficult to get Bruce to stand where you want him to for more than a few seconds. Could that explain why the studio has opted for this poster rehash?
'A Good Day to Die Hard' will be released on Valentine's Day 2013.
