Josh Brolin brawls with bar bouncer

Josh Brolin is cementing his reputation as a burgeoning wild man of Hollywood, thanks an altercation outside a bar over the weekend.

The 'No Country For Old Men' and 'Oldboy' star got into a scuffle with a bouncer at O'Brien's Irish Pub in Santa Monica on 2am on Saturday.

According to TMZ, the bouncer had asked Brolin to leave as it was closing time.

But it appears the pair then got into it, with video posted on the site of Brolin taking a few swings at the security man.

But after a few short minutes of squaring up on the pavement, as the bouncer tried to usher him away from the premises, the pair decided to hug it out instead.

In a moment of heart-warming pre-Christmas forgiveness, the bouncer then tries to hail Brolin a cab before the 47-year-old actor legged it into the night.

It emerged in January that Brolin, son of actor James Brolin, had been arrested for public drunkenness on New Year's Day, once again in Santa Monica.

He spent an evening with the constabulary and was released the next day without charge.
