Journey 2: The Mystery Island competition Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is run by Yahoo! UK Limited (company number 03244285), 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2H 8AD, United Kingdom ("Yahoo!") in association with Warner Bros. and Think Jam ("Warner Bros. and Think Jam" and together the "Promoters").
2. By entering this prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions which will at that time become binding between you and Yahoo!. Your participation in the prize draw is in consideration for Yahoo! allowing you to enter it and giving you the opportunity to win.
3. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the prize draw. There is no fee charged to enter into this prize draw other than the cost of you accessing the Internet which you would otherwise have.
4. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom to enter into this prize draw and receive the prize if you win. Entrants who are under 18 years old at the time of entry must have received the consent of their parent or guardian to enter this prize draw and to receive the prize if they win. At least one of the people travelling must be 18 years or over. Employees of Yahoo!, Warner Bros. and Think Jam or any of their group companies or its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter or participate. Entrants will be deemed to be the natural person to whom the email address (provided on entry) is registered. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. To be eligible, you must submit your application as detailed on the prize draw entry submission page at http://uk.movies.yahoo.com/blog. The competition will be open to entrants from 20 January 2012. Entries must be received not later than 1200 hours (UK time) on 27 January 2012 at which time the offer of this prize draw will end.
6. The prize includes:  Trip to Los Angeles and the premiere of Journey 2: The Mystery Island including flights for 2 people, 4* accommodation for 4 nights (including breakfast) for 2 people, 2 tickets to the premiere, travel insurance for 2 people.

Competition Terms and Conditions
•    Competition will close at 12pm on 27th January – winner will be contacted by phone on the same day
•    Open to UK participants only
•    Dates of travel are 1st - 5th February 2012 – winner must be available on these dates.
•    Winner must be able to travel to Heathrow Airport on Wednesday 1st February. Travel to and from Heathrow Airport is not provided in the prize
•    There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
•    Meet and greet with talent is subject to availability. If talent are unavailable a meeting will not be rescheduled
•    Hotel is 4* and based on 2 people sharing 1 room.
•    Hotel will require valid credit card to cover incidentals (room service, telephone).
•    At least one person travelling must be over 18.
•    If winner is under 18 then the guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
•    Winner and guest must meet movie certification criteria.
•    Winners must have valid passports and applicable visas and permissions.
•    Winners must register on line with US ESTA system https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
•    Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.

Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative; also non-transferable and non-refundable.  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Entrants should be aware that prizes must be claimed within 21 days notification of winning or as otherwise stated in the Competition Rules. All those travelling must have valid passports and visas if applicable. All winners must have a full passport valid for 6 months or more from date of travel with two clear pages, and obtain any further documents required for travel. (Please note, the promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to obtain such documents such as visas required for travel). The winner and guest must comply with the terms and limitations of the airline and other transportation and venues involved in the Competition or prize. In particular, they must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Passport control and in-country authorities will reserve the right to refuse entry. If the winner and/or guest are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be your sole responsibility. Travel insurance will be included. At least one of the people travelling must be 18 years or over. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to any additional accommodation, travel/transportation costs including but not limited to car hire, UK transfers, ground transportation, parking costs, any inoculation and/or vaccination costs, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, water sports, spa treatments, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, alcohol, programmes, souvenirs, incidental costs and taxes.
Any pictures used to promote the prize are for information only. There is no cash alternative instead of the prize.
7. Yahoo! will select one winner at random from amongst the complete entries on or before 27 January 2012. Yahoo!'s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be contacted via email and their details may also be posted on the Yahoo! website.
8. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within one week of the selection of the winner, the prize will revert to Yahoo! and may be awarded to another entrant at Yahoo!'s absolute discretion.
9. The prize will be organised by Warner Bros. and Think Jam, and contact made by phone by the number provided by the winner. Yahoo!, Warner Bros. and Think Jam will not accept any responsibility for any failure by the postal service to deliver the prize or the winner's failure to accept delivery of his/her prize.
10. Your personal information will be used by Yahoo! to conduct the Promotion, for participation in the prize and in accordance with Yahoo!'s Privacy Policy, currently located at http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/uk, subject to the following, which shall be in addition to the Privacy Policy:
(a) if you are the winner of the Prize, Yahoo! may use your information collected during the Promotion for marketing or promotional purposes, including using your name and likeness to announce the winners online as described above in section 7;
(b) if you are the winner of the Prize, Yahoo! may pass your details to Warner Bros. and Think Jam for the purposes of Prize fulfilment; and
11. You agree to the processing by Yahoo! and their affiliates of personal information about you submitted when you enter this prize draw or collected if you participate in a prize for the purposes and in the manner set out above or in that Yahoo! Privacy Policy.
12. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Yahoo! is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into this prize draw, the carrying out of the draw or the provision or otherwise of any aspect of any prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded.
13. Yahoo! may terminate these terms and conditions, the prize draw or any prize if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so, if Yahoo! decides in its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize draw before any winners are notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond Yahoo!'s reasonable control prevent or restrict Yahoo! or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
14. You agree that (unless applicable law requires otherwise) any right that you have under applicable law to cancel ends when the winner of the prize draw is announced. If thereafter you cannot participate in any prize for reasons beyond your reasonable control, you must notify Yahoo! and Yahoo! may in its absolute discretion give that prize to someone else.
15. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations, or subcontract your obligations, under these terms and conditions, such as giving a prize to anyone else, without Yahoo!'s prior written consent. Yahoo! may assign or transfer its rights or obligations, or subcontract its obligations, under these terms and conditions without your consent.
16. Yahoo! or its licensors retain and reserves all rights in and to each website, and all aspects of the prize draw and each prize, including all derivatives, developments, modifications and improvements.
17. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from Yahoo!, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yahoo!, superseding any prior agreements between you and Yahoo!. Any failure or delay by Yahoo! in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision (or waive any further exercise or enforcement) or any other right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
18. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any such dispute.
