Frank Marshall and Captivate Entertainment’s Ben Smith and Jeffrey Weiner will be producing the fifth 'Bourne.' Marshall also produced 'The Bourne Legacy,' which was directed by Tony Gilroy.
Also on board is screenwriter Anthony Peckham whose other credits include 'Sherlock Holmes' and 'Invictus.'
As Matt Damon stated earlier this year, he won't be back to play Jason Bourne, unless Paul Greengrass, who made the second and third films in the series, returns as director. So, while Damon fans may be disappointed there will still be a lot of fans of the spy thriller excited by the news.
