Shia LaBeouf storms out of 'Nymphomaniac' press conference

Those who thought all the Shia LaBeouf drama was over were wrong.

After getting into a bar fight in London last month, and subsequently claiming his out there antics over the past year - including the much-publicised plagiarism scandal - had been in the name of "performance art", the actor has struck again.

At a Berlin press conference for Lars von Trier's 'Nymphomaniac' this weekend, LaBeouf answered one question before storming out of the room.

The trouble began when he was asked a question about doing a movie with sex scenes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

LaBeouf responded by repeating footballer Eric Cantona's famous quote: "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Thank you very much.”

And then he left.

Reports also suggest the actor's entourage were forced to intervene and calm a situation when he took exception to being photographed by onlookers in the lounge at the Ritz-Carlton on Saturday night.

The actor has tweeted the phrase: "I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE," on a daily basis since January 13th.

LaBeouf's 'Rock the Kasbah' co-star, Bill Murray, recently offered something of an explanation for the young actor's behaviour.

"Shia LaBeouf, I don't know. He's got a funny name," the comedy veteran said at a press event at the Berlin Film Festival. "That's his problem… and cross to bear. It's like 'A Boy Named Sue'. He probably got beat up a lot."

LaBeouf, who announced his supposed retirement from public life in January, will be seen in David Ayer's WWII epic, 'Fury', due out in October. Nymphomaniac hits UK screens on 22 February, 2014.
