Holby City spoilers follow.
Tonight's episode of Holby City saw Nicky make a life-changing discovery, while Cameron's biggest secret threatened to be exposed at last and Dom decided to take on the hospital.
Here are the biggest questions we've been left with until next week:
1. What next for Nicky?
Our biggest burning question from tonight's episode is in regards to Nicky – and that big baby twist.
Having confided in Louis over the unsettling symptoms she was experiencing of late, Nicky was given food for thought after she applied the same concerns to Kian. After realising that her heart medication would have interfered with a positive pregnancy result, Nicky took matters into her own hands and performed an ultrasound on herself.
Sure enough, Nicky subsequently made the life-changing discovery that she was indeed pregnant – and quite far along as well.
Nicky wasted no time in dropping the bombshell on her boyfriend Cameron, unaware that the news was about to sensationally collide with the car crash he was already tangled up in. But the big question is: what now for Nicky? And will Cameron stand by her?
2. Is Cameron about to be exposed?
Cameron's tangled web threatened to unravel tonight, when unwell patient Bobby identified him from the scene of Zav's death.
Bobby's true identity became apparent when Alex questioned him on his connection to Zav, but the real deal breaker was when he came face to face with Cameron later on.
Recognising Cameron as the man who stole Zav's bag in the moments after his fatal fall, Bobby vowed to expose him. Aware his world was about to crumble, Cameron instantly tried to flee – buy Nicky's pregnancy news stopped him in his tracks.
Nicky's baby bombshell will spark the next big chapter of Cameron's story, as he is given renewed determination to keep his secrets under wraps. But could this be bad news for Bobby? It's likely...
3. Will Alex tell Donna the truth?
After also becoming aware of Bobby's true identity, Alex made the difficult decision to keep this from his new lover Donna tonight.
Haunted by the ghost of his late brother, Alex knew that the topic of Zav's death would bring up some uncomfortable questions in regards to his romance with Donna – and burst their loved up bubble.
Instead, Alex decided to delay telling Donna who Bobby really was, but how long can they really ignore the major elephant in the room of their relationship? And will Alex find the courage to tell Donna the truth?
4. Will Dom go through with his plan?
As Dom struggled to come to terms with his new reality, Henrik and Sacha quickly became the scapegoats in his self-destruction.
Upon learning of Henrik and Sacha's actions at the scene of the car accident, Dom was enraged and vowed to sue the hospital for all it was worth.
Next week's episode will see Ange clash with Dom over his controversial decision, but soon finds herself torn between her son and her morals. Can anyone change Dom's mind?
5. What is Sahira hiding?
Sahira has been something of an enigma since returning, and further questions came to the forefront tonight.
After her ex-husband Rafi paid her a visit at the hospital, Sahira was horrified to learn that he'd told their sons that she'd walked out of them.
Interestingly, when Sahira confronted him over this, Rafi turned the tables by questioning if she'd rather they know the full truth. What is going on here?
6. What happens next?
There's no rest for the wicked as next week's episode Holby City promises to be equally gripping.
