Daniel Radcliffe Is An Undercover White Supremacist In First Imperium Poster

We’ve got our first look at Daniel Radcliffe in ‘Imperium’, which will see him star as an undercover FBI agent that infiltrates a group of white supremacists to stop them from detonating a dirty bomb. You can take a look at an intense Radcliffe in the poster below.

In ‘Imperium’ Radcliffe star as Nate Foster, who at the same time as infiltrating the group relays his information back to Toni Collette’s Angela Zamparo, his case agent and supervisor.

‘Imperium’ is directed and co-written by Daniel Ragussis. When speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Daniel Ragussis explained that he was assisted in his scribing efforts by Michael German, a former FBI agent that spent several years working inside the neo-Nazi movement.

Ragussis must have done something right, because he also revealed that during filming his meticulous attempts to re-create a white supremacist rally proved to be a little too successful, as he admitted, “Someone even called the news and erroneously reported a Klan rally in their neighbourhood! So to that extent, I suppose we did our job.”

‘Imperium’ is the latest attempt in what’s been a rather successful movement from Daniel Radcliffe away from his work on Harry Potter. This year alone he’s appeared in ‘Victor Frankenstein’, ‘Now You See Me 2′, and ‘Swiss Army Man’, the latter of which he played a farting corpse.

Despite these more eclectic roles, Daniel Radcliffe admitted earlier this week that he’s still open to reprising the part of Harry Potter further down the line. But he insisted that the script would have to be just right for him to do so.
