Dilly Carter is "traumatised" after being rushed to hospital with stomach problems.

The 'Sort Your Life Out' star - who is best known for appearing on friend Stacey Solomon's show - revealed last year she had previously been diagnosed with stage one cancer of the womb, and she has given her fans another health update during her recovery journey.

Alongside a photo of herself with a drainage tube, she wrote: "So my bank holiday weekend in Brighton didn't quite turn out..... my stomach wasn't playing ball.

"I had to have it drained due to a blockage making me sick.

"I've actually been quite traumatised by the process so haven't been able to focus as I currently still have a tube up my nose and directly into my stomach draining excess fluids...

"It's been a while since I've been speechless. But this literally has taken my breath and speech away it was such an ordeal."

Thankfully, Dilly revealed she is feeling "better" after receiving treatment, but it's left her feeling shaken.

She added: "Luckily I'm better since the procedure but wow. I hope that's the first and last time I ever have to have that."

She also sent a powerful message to other people suffering with their health "post cancer" or any other illness, and told her followers that they're "not alone".

She wrote in another post: "Just a shout out to all those with ongoing health issues post cancer, post any major illness.

"I see you, I feel you, I know how exhausting and draining it is.

"You are not alone... I feel much better than I look. Once this tube is out today I'll be home and back to normal."

Dilly, 42, has missed an episode of Stacey's decluttering show which was filmed in October 2022, when she underwent major surgery to remove her cancer.

When the episode aired in 2023, she said: "I had just come out of the hospital following major surgery to remove the cancer and my entire reproductive system. I obviously could not film, so I was so grateful someone could step in."
