Here's everything that we know is heading to Disney+ UK in November...

Original movies coming to Disney+ UK in November 2022

See How They Run (2 November)

After its big screen release in the UK earlier this year, this theatre-set whodunnit is arriving on streaming for those who missed its cinema run. Sam Rockwell and Saoirse Ronan play the detectives hunting the killer responsible for murdering an American film director planning to make a movie adaptation of Agatha Christie's stage hit The Mousetrap.

British director Tom George marshals an exceptional ensemble cast, which balances big Hollywood names with some of the UK's finest comedy talent — including George's This Country star Charlie Cooper.

Fire of Love (11 November)

Sara Dosa's affectionate, romantic documentary about volcanologist couple Katia and Maurice Krafft has been causing a real stir since it debuted earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival. It uses archive footage of the couple's ground-breaking volcano research to illuminate the story of their adventurous lives, as well as their love for each other.

Disenchanted (18 November)

In 2007, Amy Adams charmed us all with her role as Giselle — an animated fairy tale princess transplanted into the real, live-action world. Returning director Kevin Lima's sequel will explore the notion of what "happily ever after" really means, delving into her relationship with Patrick Dempsey's character. Maya Rudolph is on villain duties or the sequel, with the plot revolving around a wish gone wrong.

Mickey: The Story of a Mouse (18 November)

One of the most recognisable characters in the history of popular culture, Mickey Mouse is the ultimate mascot of the Disney brand. This feature-length documentary by Jeff Malmberg explores the animated rodent's rise to fame and his astonishing longevity.

Given that Disney+ has already played host to some fascinating docs in which the company talks about itself — including The Imagineering Story — this could be well worth a watch.

Reboot (all episodes on 2 November)

From the mind of Modern Family creator Steven Levitan, this series follows the dysfunctional stars behind a fictional noughties sitcom as they attempt to piece themselves back together in order to take part in a reboot of their show.

Judy Greer, Keegan-Michael Key, Rachel Bloom and Jackass star Johnny Knoxville are among the members of the ensemble cast.

Save Our Squad with David Beckham (all episodes on 9 November)

David Beckham returns to his roots in this documentary series, taking on a coaching gig at struggling East London football club Westward Boys. They're trying to get a foothold in the Echo Junior Premier League, where he himself started out as a boy before the bright lights of Wembley shone down on him.

Given the success Disney+ has had with football-themed series Welcome to Wrexham, the ingredients are there for this to be a fun, emotional watch.

Disney's 2016 animated movie Zootropolis — referred to as Zootopia pretty much everywhere else in the world — was one of the studio's most inventive recent outings.

It's no surprise then that the company is returning to that world, populated entirely by animals, for this selection of shorts following minor characters during the events of the movie.

Limitless with Chris Hemsworth (all episodes on 16 November)

The Santa Clauses (all episodes on 16 November)

Scott Calvin has now been Santa Claus for a long time. Since taking on the role by accident in the 1994 family classic The Santa Clause, he has thrown himself headlong into the job. But now, it's time for him to retire.

Tim Allen returns to play Santa in this limited series continuation of the franchise — 16 years after the poorly-received threequel — as Scott attempts to choose a successor.

Tell Me Lies (all episodes on 16 November)

Carola Lovering's 2018 novel is the inspiration for this 10-part thriller series, which follows a toxic relationship as it unfolds over the course of eight years. Grace Van Patten and Jackson White play the central couple, whose actions have an enormous impact on each other and the people around them.

The Patient (all episodes on 30 November)

Steve Carell and Domhnall Gleeson lead this intense thriller series, with Carell as a therapist who is kidnapped and imprisoned by one of his patients — a serial killer played by Gleeson. Carell's character is told he has a chance to escape alive, if he can teach his captor how to get past his urge to kill.

Willow (weekly from 30 November)
