The series, set to air on Disney+, has been filming in the Czech capital of Prague, but Variety has confirmed that the shoot has now been suspended.
Cast and crew from the series, which stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, have been recalled to the production base in Atlanta.
The Czech government has already banned all public events with an expected attendance of 100 people or more, including film screenings.

It's not the only major production to be halted due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus.
Last month, the shooting of the new Mission: Impossible movie was axed in Venice, after the virus took hold in the Veneto and Lombardy regions of Italy.
The Paramount studio said that it was exercising 'an abundance of caution' in suspending the shoot at the time.
The whole of Italy is currently locked down, with most travel now banned and cases of the virus now topping 10,000.
