What Happened To The Stars Of Byker Grove?

It was the youth club drama with the breathlessly funky theme tune, run by a man with bristling handlebar moustache that wouldn’t have looked out of place on Doctor Watson.

There were blindings, teenage pregnancies, a brain tumour, drug addiction, homelessness, and a bitter rivalry with the youth clubs of Denton Burn and Jesmond Grange, all set in the frame of a suburb of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (though it was actually filmed in Benwell, not Byker). Axed in 2006, a wealth of talent was spawned from the show (and even pop bands like PJ & Duncan, Byker Groove and Point Break), but where are they all now?
