Kaley Cuoco is a deadly assassin in first trailer for new movie
The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco plays a deadly assassin in the upcoming movie Role Play, which has just dropped its first trailer.
In the film, Cuoco and Lawmen: Bass Reeves star David Oyelowo portray a couple whose dangerous secrets come to light while they role-play on a night away from their children.
Oyelowo's character, David, ends up getting the surprise of his life when he's taken into police custody and learns that his wife Emma (Cuoco) has been working as an international contract killer for years.
"I just want a normal life, but I have a family to protect," Emma tells her husband.

The action thriller also features Wonder Woman's Connie Nielsen in a supporting role.
Cuoco is producing Role Play as well as starring in the movie, with French filmmaker Thomas Vincent on board as director.
Cuoco remains one of the busiest actresses in Hollywood, as her comedy series Based on a True Story was recently renewed for two more seasons.

The actress also welcomed her daughter Matilda earlier this year with partner Tom Pelphrey. The couple went public with their relationship in May 2022 and announced they were expecting a few months later.
Role Play will be released on Prime Video on January 12, 2024.
