Kirsten Dunst still thinks her on-screen kiss with Brad Pitt was 'gross'
Kirsten Dunst has revealed she still thinks her kiss with Brad Pitt in Interview With the Vampire was “gross”, 25 years after the film hit cinemas.
Dunst was just 11 years old when she shared a kiss with Pitt, who was then 30, in Neil Jordan’s 1994 gothic horror film.

She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Golden Globes for her work in the film, in which her character Claudia is turned into a vampire by Pitt’s Louis as she is on the brink of death from the plague.
In one scene, Claudia leans over to briefly kiss Louis, and the young Dunst described the moment as “gross” in an interview at the time.
Dunst defended those comments in a recent red carpet chat, when she was shown footage of her younger self discussing the scene by Entertainment Tonight.
"Yeah, it was gross. I stand by that,” the 37-year-old said.
“It would have been so much creepier if an 11-year-old was like: ‘It was great.' You'd be like: ‘There’s something wrong with this child.’”

Dunst, however, said the rest of her experience on the film was a very positive experience and added she was treated “like a little sister” by Pitt and co-star Tom Cruise.
She said: “They were so sweet to me. That production, that film, was like nothing else I've ever experienced -- maybe Marie Antoinette, because of where we shot.
“Other than that, they just don't make movies like that anymore.”
Interview With the Vampire received positive reviews from critics at the time of its release and was nominated for two Oscars.
The film was also a financial success, earning $224m (£183m) at the worldwide box office.
