Stop-motion studio Laika takes on the viral TikTok 'fight challenge'
Iconic stop-motion studio Laika has dived into the viral 'fight challenge' video scene head first with a brilliantly entertaining new clip.
The animation house behind movies like The Boxtrolls and Kubo and the Two Strings has got its army of locked down artists to pull together a breathless minute of stop-motion mastery.
Perhaps the studio's most famous character Coraline (literally) kicks things off, with a herd of cows, a plasticine mallet and a cocktail umbrella-wielding ice cube soon joining the fray.

And clearly stop-motion animators have plenty of sharp and pointy objects to hand.
The video apes a recent video from female stunt performers, who hauled in a host of their famous doubles for the Boss Bitch Fight Challenge.
Margot Robbie, Lucy Lawless, Scarlett Johansson and Halle Berry were among the stars to join in the pummelling.
It was preceded by the first video scrap a few weeks earlier, which found a group similarly out-of-work stunt folk punching lumps out of each other.
Laika, based in Portland, Oregon, released its last movie in April last year, Missing Link, featuring Hugh Jackman, Zoe Saldana, David Walliams, Stephen Fry and Matt Lucas.
It's also been responsible for movies like ParaNorman and Corpse Bride.
