Lego unveils Spice Girls BrickHeadz tribute set
The Spice Girls have told of their excitement to be the first people to be immortalised as LEGO BrickHeadz.
The toy firm has unveiled a line of the characters, each dressed as their Spice counterparts.
The Emma Bunton toy has blonde bunches and a pink minidress, while the Geri Horner character is wearing the Union flag dress she wore for the Brits at the height of the group’s fame.

The Victoria Beckham character is dressed in the star’s trademark black, while Mel B’s BrickHead is clad in leopard print. Mel C’s toy looks ready for action in workout gear befitting Sporty Spice.
Horner shared a snap of her character on Instagram, writing: “We're super excited to reveal our LEGO BrickHeadz.
"This is the first time real people have been made in to brick and we are so happy @Lego gave us the honour!”
She added the hashtag “#GingerIsBrick”.
Mel C tweeted: "There's a first time for everything and today, I can reveal that the Spice Girls are the first actual people to be made into @LEGO_Group BrickHeadz!
"Thank you for this honour LEGO.

The Spice Girls tribute was unveiled to mark the 25th anniversary year of the release of the Spiceworld album.

Bunton – aka Baby Spice – posted: "How brilliant is this!!!!
"For the first time ever, @lego have turned me into brick and we have our own Spice Girls’ LEGO BrickHeadz!
"Thanks LEGO! I love mine!”
The BrickHeads go on sale on 1 March.
