Mighty Ducks Cast Reunite After 20 Years
The cast of ‘D2: The Might Ducks’ got together last weekend, to celebrate 20 years since the kid’s ice hockey movie first hit screens.
Emilio Estevez, who played coach Gordon Bombay, Kenan Thompson and former ‘Dawson’s Creek’ star Joshua Jackson were sadly absent from the reunion, but Marguerite Moreau, who played Connie Moreau in the 1994 sequel posted a pics to commemorate.

One showed the 20-odd cast-members recreating their famous ‘flying V’ formation from the movies.
Another pic from Moreau showed actor Shaun Weiss, who played Goldberg, posing next to the poster showing his teenage self.
“Boys grow up to be men #Goldberg #mightyducks #20yearreunion,” read the caption.
Moreau also posted a shot of her with Guy, aka actor Garette Ratliff Henson, who along with Moreau starred in all three ‘Mighty Ducks’ movies.
The day before the reunion, she’d posted a picture of a duck call, teasing: “Calling all brethren ….. Tomorrow Ducks reunite first time in 20 years #bbq #ducksflytogether #themightyducks #D2 #D3.”
The three movies followed the tribulations of a peewee ice hockey team in Minneapolis.
And while Jackson was absent from the reunion, the film clearly hold fond memories.
He told Time magazine last year: “I feel like a fourth film should happen, and if there was space for any of the original kids to come back and have a role, I would be surprised that anybody didn’t want to do it.”
