Jennifer Grey says Patrick Swayze apologised to her for his on-set behaviour
Jennifer Grey says Patrick Swayze once apologised to her for how he treated her on a film set.
Before doing Dirty Dancing together, the two had earlier appeared in 1984's Red Dawn where they didn't always get along.
Grey revealed on The View that Swayze had 'tears in his eyes' when he apologised for how he treated her on the Red Dawn set.

She said they met again at a screen test for Dirty Dancing: "He pulled me down the hall and said to me, 'I love you, I love you and I'm so sorry. I know you don't want me to do the movie.'"
Grey continued: "He got the tears in his eyes. And I got the tears in my eyes, not for the same reason. And he goes, 'we could kill it, we could kill it if we did this.'"
Grey said she only became convinced after they did the screen test and danced together.
She also went into detail on the issues they had with each other on the set of Red Dawn.
Grey said that Swayze liked to play "pranks" on set and would often be late to turn up and shoot.
She also said Swayze acted like "the boss of everybody" while working on the war film.
Grey also recently revealed that she will reprise her role of Baby in a sequel to Dirty Dancing. The project was recently confirmed by Lionsgate at CinemaCon in Las Vegas but no further details are known at this time.
As well as Dirty Dancing, which premiered in 1987 and saw Grey nominated for a Golden Globe, she is also known for her performances in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Cotton Club and American Flyers before suffering a career downturn.
