Fans of Harry and Lloyd will be getting more and more excited to see the ‘Dumb and Dumber’ boys again – and this new TV spot is a great way to whet the appetite.
Despite recycling some of the material from the first promo, the ‘Dumb And Dumber To’ trailer sees Lloyd (Jim Carrey) getting confused about the time and the lads misunderstanding how to use a bus’s bicycle rack.
You can watch the funny clip above.
The new movie will see the boys on a quest to find Harry’s (Jeff Daniels) long-lost daughter, although unfortunately, it seems like Lloyd has designs on her. That seems to cause friction between the best friends.
Judging by the trailer, some of the best-loved elements of the original film will feature in this sequel, including the singing of ‘Mockingbird’ and Carrey’s catchphrases.
Also starring Kathleen Turner and Rob Riggle, ‘To’ comes 19 years after the first movie was released.
Once again directed by the Farrelly Brothers, the actors are happy to be returning to their cult characters.
“It was a thrill to be back with Jim Carrey again,” Daniels recently told MLive. “What I like about our chances with the sequel is, we didn’t make the first one two years ago. It’s not a money grab.”
There will no doubt be some more peeks at the movie soon, or you can wait until it’s released on 19 December.
