Yahoo Movies Will Smith unveils first look at Bad Boys 4 as filming wraps

Bad Boys 4 has officially wrapped filming, with Will Smith sharing a first-look photo to mark the occasion.
The Oscar winner and Martin Lawrence are set to reprise their roles as Miami cops Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett in the upcoming fourth instalment, which will hit cinemas this summer.
Taking to Instagram, Smith shared a first-look photo of himself and Lawrence in action as the famous duo, fist-bumping in front of the London Eye.
"WRAPPED! Nothin' but Magic every time I'm with my guy. See y'all June 7 for @BADBOYS 4!!" he captioned the post.

Bad Boys 4, which will serve as a sequel to 2020's Bad Boys for Life, boasts an all-star cast including Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical), Paola Núnez (The Fall of the House of Usher), Alexander Ludwig (Heels), Ioan Gruffudd (Fantastic Four), Jacob Scipio (Pieces of Her) and Eric Dane (Euphoria).
It was also announced last year that Empire star Tasha Smith has been cast as Marcus' wife Theresa. The actress replaces Theresa Randle, who played the character in the previous three Bad Boys films.
Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah have returned to direct Bad Boys 4, while Lawrence serves as an executive producer alongside Mike Stenson, Chad Oman, James Lassiter, Barry Waldman and Jon Mone.

Bad Boys for Life was a big hit when it arrived in 2020, though it featured a devastating twist for fans when Captain Howard (Joe Pantoliano) was assassinated by Armando (Jacob Scipio), who turned out to be Lowrey's son.
Explaining how it gave the third movie an extra edge, El Arbi told Digital Spy: "I think that everybody, obviously, when they read the script was devastated. When we showed it to the audience, you felt that the audience were even crying during those sequences.
"We've never really seen the Bad Boys being so emotional and so invested. You see the love that they have for this Captain, and that the Captain has for them. So it was really hard, but it made the movie only better."
Bad Boys 4 will premiere on June 7, 2024.
