The Most Embarrassing Celebrity Moments Of 2016...So Far!

You can always count on celebs for some epic fails. Here are this year’s best – and it’s only April!

“Anonymous” celebrity threesome

They are said to have spent £1million on legal fees to stop their names being in the UK papers, but let’s face it – everyone knows who the famous couple at the heart of this threesome story are thanks to the injunction not stretching across the Atlantic, north of the border or, er, to Google.

The fact they’re still trying to block it makes it more embarrassing.

Justin Bieber takes a tumble on stage in Kansas City

Rain, rain go away…or Justin will fall over.

Fans at the singer’s Missouri gig got to see some unplanned choreography when the spectacular stage effects caused the star to end up on the floor. #Sorebottom

Lena Dunham’s non-Photoshop apology

The ‘Girls’ star was all miffed when Spanish newspaper supplement Tentaciones put a picture of her on the cover that she said had been Photoshopped. “This is NOT what my body has ever looked like or will ever look like,” she wrote on Instagram.

Except turns out that is what she looks like. The mag pointed out that no retouching had occurred and the star was forced to backtrack.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s cringey apology video

Trying to decipher Depp’s emotions in this Australian government-backed public service announcement is worthy of a psychology dissertation. It’s all, “is this what it’s come to? Apologising because my wife didn’t correctly declare her dogs when entering the country?”

Yes, Johnny. That’s what it’s come to.

Kanye’s mic fails at Coachella

Everyone was excited when the rapper made a surprise appearance during A$AP Rocky’s set during this year’s Coachella.

Unfortunately, his mic broke and no-one could hear a word he was saying. Didn’t seem to stop him though.

Kanye again – those Zuckerberg Tweets

We couldn’t not mention the moment on 14 February when Yeezy decided it would a good idea to beg Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for a $1billion on Twitter.

Notwithstanding the fact Kanye is worth an estimated £100m or that he’s married to another multi-millionaire. No, seeing as the rapper is “this generation’s Disney” (his words), he tried to persuade Zucks to part with some cash he might have lying around. On Facebook’s arch-rival Twitter. Doh.

Khloe Kardashian’s post-workout Photoshop fail

Quite why the tallest Kardashian would feel she needs to Photoshop her clearly banging body is anyone’s guess, but despite showing off her amazing abs in this picture, she copped flak when viewers pointed out the curve in the bathroom door proved she had tweaked the size of her thighs at the same time.

She ended up posting the original shot on Instagram instead.

Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding makes a scene at ‘Jersey Boys’ gala performance

Bystanders suggested the singer had enjoyed the free bar before acting erratically at a special performance of the hit musical in London, talking and singing too loudly as well as waving her arms around.

Thankfully for her fellow patrons, she left early.

Victoria Beckham’s disappearing thigh in Vogue China

The woman formerly known as Posh Spice came in for criticism when her ample thigh gap looked even more expansive in a photoshoot for Vogue China.

The magazine said it was an optical illusion rather than any Photoshopping, but for the notoriously image-savvy star, it was an unfortunate misstep.

Jessica Biel’s pricey restaurant gets criticised for average food

You can’t blame Mrs Timberlake for wanting to get into the lifestyle guru game, which she has attempted to do with her family-orientated Hollywood eaterie Au Fudge.

Unfortunately, with seemingly no official kids menu (a bit odd for a supposedly child-friendly place), online reviewers have skewered the restaurant for its “overpriced” grub including chicken nuggets and pancakes costing $15, chicken salad for $26, as well as steak and chips for a staggering $45.
