Is a new Predator film on the way?

Fox teases possible Predator project with a new poster on Facebook.

Prepare to get to the chopper one more time...

20th Century Fox has teased that a new instalment in its 'Predator' series could be in the offing with a cryptic poster uploaded to Facebook yesterday.

Appearing on the page created for the 2010 Robert Rodriguez reboot 'Predators', the poster shows a thermal image of San Diego and the line 'There's something out there waiting for us, and it ain't no man… We're all gonna die'.

[Schwarzenegger and Predator finally shake hands]

The line is, of course, from the original 1987 film, delivered with aplomb by Billy, played by Sonny Landham.

The appearance of the artwork seems to tie-in with Fox's plans for the Comic Con event in San Diego, which starts this Thursday.

Fox is already promising 'a huge surprise' for its panel appearance on Saturday.

It's not known whether by producing this poster they've now ruined their own surprise.

But if something is indeed in the planning stages, it would be the sixth film in 'Predator' franchise, which has seen the alien hunter dumped in the middle of LA gang wars in 'Predator 2', fighting Giger's creations in 'Aliens Vs. Predator' (twice) and then stalking Adrian Brody in 'Predators'.

Could it be a reboot or a remake? Either way, something appears to be coming...
