Rumour: Toy Story 4 confirmed?

Tom Hanks and Tim Allen will also return according to Colombian source.

Rumour alert: ‘Toy Story 4’ has been ‘confirmed’ by two Colombian news sources.

A report on news site Terra, and on the Twitter feed of Jorge Luis Balaguera - entertainment co-ordinatior for radio station RCN - say the potential Pixar sequel is set for a 2015 release date.

They also say Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack will return for voiceover duties.

According to a South American contact, Terra is reputable news site but we’d still treat the story with a pinch of salt at the moment.

Yahoo! Movies contacted Disney for comment, but they said there was no official word yet.

At the time of writing ‘Toy Story 4’ is trending on Twitter.

A Disney rep has told US site BuzzFeed that "nothing official" has been announced, and they are investigating the source of the rumour in South America.
