Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje on dual role in 'Thor' sequel

Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has spoken to ' The LA Times' about his role in the forthcoming sequel to comic book adaptation, 'Thor.'

Akinnuoye-Agbaje who is currently starring in the Sylvester Stallone movie, 'Bullet To The Head' is to play Algrim and the character's demonic alter-ego, Kurse.

The actor described his character as, “an amalgamation of a bull and a lava-like creature.”

''He has very animalistic tendencies but with this insatiable and unstoppable power. As an actor, that’s one of the hardest things to embody. You have to realize you are probably the most powerful thing you could imagine. And you have to be that. You can’t pretend, so that when you face Thor, it’s real.”

'Thor: The Dark World' is due to be released in November and is directed by 'Game Of Thrones' veteran, Alan Taylor.

The film sees Chris Hemsworth return as the hammer-wielding hero as well as Tom Hiddleston as Loki alongside Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins and Christopher Eccleston as Malekith the Accursed.
