Black Mirror stars Myha'la Herrold and Sam Blenkin were 'shocked and appalled' by Loch Henry's ending
The actors spoke to Yahoo UK about Black Mirror episode Loch Henry, where they portray a couple making a documentary about a local killer which takes a dark and unexpected turn. Black Mirror S6 is streaming on Netflix now.

SAMUEL BLENKIN: I think it drives home the kind of social commentary that Charlie's talking about in the episode so succinctly because you instantly put yourself in his shoes, and you think, what would it be like if that happened to me? So, you know, I was shocked and appalled and also delighted in the way that the episode kind of provokes you.
You know, I mean, I loved the fact that it was so, so ridiculously horrendous that it's-- you know, suddenly their documentary became commercially viable because of that tragedy. Yeah, yes, and yeah. I thought it was great.
SAMUEL BLENKIN: Me, too.
[LAUGHTER]
Yeah. I, too, was shocked. I was devastated at my untimely demise.
MYHA'LA HERROLD: Oh.
- I was, too.
SAMUEL BLENKIN: I was, like, what the heck?
MYHA'LA HERROLD: No, it's sad times.
[LAUGHTER]
MYHA'LA HERROLD: Sad times.
SAMUEL BLENKIN: I was unfortunate. And then all-- you know, the rollout of it all is so like-- yeah, I mean, this is how it would be, which is the scariest part, I think.
MYHA'LA HERROLD: Yeah.
