Chris Hemsworth is upping his training regime ahead of the January shoot of new Marvel movie Thor: Love and Thunder.
The Australian star has posted a new video to Instagram, and it's eye-popping stuff.
The clip shows him boxing with long-time trainer Luke Zocchi, who's trained him since 2012, and he's really giving those punching pads what for.
Very much gone is the (fat suit) flab from Avengers: Endgame, with Thor now back up to fighting weight for the Taika Waititi-directed sequel from Marvel's much delayed 'phase four'.
It follows his previous training snap, posted last month, which saw him hulking a giant tyre weight as veins bulged in his biceps.

The workout footage won't please Chris Pratt, however, who will be appearing in the movie as Guardians of the Galaxy’s Star-Lord.
Pratt replied to the last post: “Hey Bud. Just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop because since we’re going to be in the same movie and everything, he doesn’t want me to stand next to you if you look like that so I’m gonna need you to put on 25lbs real quick cool thanks.”
Cameras are set to roll in the New Year, with some old friends back on board.
Natalie Portman is returning to the Marvel fold as Dr. Jane Foster in a potentially huge twist in the Thor series.

She let slip in an interview in October that the movie will be taking on the Mighty Thor storyline from the Marvel comics.
In it, Foster has adopted the powers of Thor, but is diagnosed with cancer.
Rumours also abound that Idris Elba's Heimdall could be back in the fold, after Waititi posted a snap of the pair visiting the All Blacks rugby team.
So close to Thor: Love and Thunder's pre-production, it's been suggested that the all-seeing, all-knowing deity could be back for another chapter – though he did find himself a little bit murdered by Thanos in Infinity War.
Either way, the movie is now back on track after its coronavirus delay, and will land in cinemas in February, 2022.
