Former Disney star Bella Thorne to be honoured for her new porn film
Former Disney star Bella Thorne is to be honoured by the porn website Pornhub for her directorial debut.
21-year-old Thorne has directed the movie Her & Him, produced by the site, and will be given its Vision Award at the second annual Pornhub Awards next month.
Per the official synopsis, the movie 'depicts an edgy twenty-something guy who stumbles upon a surprise text in his girlfriend's phone, interrupting their morning routine and spinning everything into an out-of-control sexually charged encounter'.
It stars 'alt-porn' actors Abella Danger and Aaron Thompson, who performs by the name Small Hands, and is described by Thorne as 'a beautiful, ethereal film'.

“I'm really lucky that Pornhub wanted to come on and produce this with me because originally I was shopping it around a very long time ago and things were very different,” she explained.
“People are kind of scared to make a movie like this one when it comes to dominance and submissive(ness) between a male and a female and how this relationship can turn quite sour.”
The film has been made under the site's Visionaries Director's series banner, which hopes to 'diversify porn production'.
Thorne was a child model before moving into acting, appearing in movies like Stuck On You with Matt Damon, and then shows like The O.C. and Entourage.
She then went on to star in Disney's teen sitcom Shake It Up with Zendaya, before appearances in Adam Sandler comedy Blended and Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day with Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner.
