High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens and baseball star husband Cole Tucker are going to be parents.

Appearing at last night's (March 10) Oscars ceremony – where she co-hosted the Academy Awards' official pre-show coverage – the The Princess Switch actress debuted her baby bump on the red carpet.

Wearing a floor-length, black dress which showcased her growing stomach, Hudgens could be seen smiling and cradling her bump while posing for photos.

The actress could also be heard in videos from the night thanking people in the crowd for their congratulatory messages as she walked along the red carpet (via People).

Hudgens tied the knot with Tucker last December at Azulik City of Arts in Tulum, Mexico after previously getting engaged at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Speaking about the unconventional wedding, the actress revealed she had been grateful to enjoy a "private" ceremony with her friends and family during an interview with Vogue.

"I am so grateful that we got to have a private wedding, and it helped that I took everyone's phones away," Hudgens said of the day.

She continued: "It was amazing because at the dinner, I would look around and everyone was talking to each other — our family and friend groups coming together and creating real relationships that I know they're going to invest real time into. Seeing that and bringing everyone together and celebrating us, it was just so magical."

Hudgens confirmed she was in a relationship with Tucker back in May 2021, with the couple making their first official appearance together at the premiere of her musical movie Tick, Tick…BOOM! in November 2021.

Prior to her relationship with Tucker, the actress was in a relationship with Elvis star Austin Butler for nearly eight years before separating in 2020.

The 96th Academy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, aired from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, with live coverage airing across ITV's channels in the UK and ABC in the US.
