'The House with a Clock in its Walls' replaces 'The Predator' at the top of the Official Film Chart

The House with a Clock in its Walls has taken the No. 1 spot in the Official Film Chart.

The Jack Black and Cate Blanchett-led fantasy caper was released last week on digital download only and has managed to claim the top spot from Shane Black’s The Predator.

The film is one of four brand new releases to enter the chart with The Nun placing at no. 2, King of Thieves at no. 5 and A Simple Favour at no. 8.

Unbreakable has gained four places thanks to the release of Glass as viewers want to remind themselves of what went on in the first film of M. Night Shyalaman’s Eastrail 177 trilogy.

The Official Film Chart weekly chart show counts down the Top 10 biggest selling films on disc and download for the week, with bonus footage from the upcoming release The House with a Clock in Its Walls on digital download, Blu-ray, and DVD.
