Johnny Depp: His Love Life In Pictures

Johnny has only been married once before, to Lori Anne Allison when he was just 20. She was a 25-year-old make-up artist. They wed in the December of 1983 in Miami, but divorced in 1985.

Depp has been engaged three other times, once to ‘Twin Peaks’ star Sherilyn Fenn, who he dated between 1986 and 1988 after meeting her on the set of '21 Jump Street’.

He was also reportedly engaged to 'Dirty Dancing’ star Jennifer Grey for a time in 1989, following his split with Fenn, though it was never publicly confirmed.

Former porn actress Traci Lords claimed that she had an affair with Depp in 1990, after meeting on the set of the movie 'Cry Baby’.

That same year, he met Winona Ryder at the premiere of Jerry Lee Lewis biopic ‘Great Balls Of Fire!’. They started dating, and Depp popped the question. They were engaged for three years, during which time Depp had Winona Forever’ inked on his arm. After their split in 1993, he had it changed to ‘Wino Forever’.

In 1993, he stepped out with Juliette Lewis, whom he met making 'What’s Eating Gilbert Grape’.

Despite a nine-year age gap, Depp also dated actress Ellen Barkin for a time in 1994.

A devastatingly good-looking couple, Depp snared supermodel Kate Moss in 1994, understandably to much tabloid interest, dating her until 1998.

Soon after Moss, Depp hooked up with French singer Vanessa Paradis, with whom Depp had children Lily-Rose Depp, now 21, and a son, John Christopher 'Jack’ Depp III, now 14. They split in 2012.

Just prior to splitting with Paradis, he met 30-year-old Amber Heard while making 'The Rum Diary’ in 2011. They began dating in 2012 and married in a civil ceremony at Depp’s home in LA. She filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, on May 23, 2016.
