There have been plenty of column inches written already about the Netflix UK debut of Blonde — director Andrew Dominik's movie about Marilyn Monroe, based on the Joyce Carol Oates novel. Ana de Armas plays the Hollywood icon in the first ever Netflix Original film to score the adults-only NC-17 certificate due to scenes of sexual violence. If it works, it could be an awards contender, and we get to find out this month.

Elsewhere on Netflix, there are plenty of new and returning reality TV programmes for fans of that particular format and Karate Kid follow-up Cobra Kai is back for a fifth season. On the movie front, the best of the rest could well be the dark teen comedy Do Revenge about two wronged girls who agree to fight back against those who shamed them.
