Of all the trailers airing during yesterday's Super Bowl in the US, the clip for Daniel Craig's final Bond movie No Time To Die was perhaps the most breathless of all.

Though there can't be many other action sequences left unseen, we catch up with Bond and new 00 agent (has she nabbed Bond's 007 codename?) Nomi, played by Lashana Lynch, being hurled into the sky in drones.

“You ever fly one of these things before?” asks Bond.

“Nope,” replies Nomi, nonchalantly.

We’re going to love seeing their prickly relationship blossom (or die horribly).

We also see Bond leaping off a scenic Italian bridge and being shot at while trapped under an ice sheet.

Showing the brief 30-second snippet is thought to have cost somewhere in the region of £4.25 million, with advertising real estate being at a premium on one of the biggest days of the sporting year in the US.

Thankfully for the movie's accountants, the full three-minute trailer was revealed a month or so ago, complete with a classic interrogation style sequence between Bond and Rami Malek's villain Safin.

Though we've still no clue as why he has such a unique complexion.

We're now just weeks away from the release of the long-awaited 25th movie in the Bond series, which will see Daniel Craig's ailing Bond hang up his Walther PPK for good.
