Tom Holland may have unwittingly given away yet another Spider-Man spoiler on social media.

The star seems to have revealed that he will sport his original Spidey costume in upcoming sequel Far from Home.

In the on-set clip, he's seen sporting the red Spider-Man suit, suggesting a downgrade from the Iron Spider suit he wore in Avengers: Infinity War.

Well, given that the suit was technically destroyed at the end of Infinity War after THAT whole thing, we suppose all he can do is go back to basics.

Recently emerged concept art for Homecoming revealed an alternative Iron Spider suit that Peter Parker could have worn, though it proved divisive among fans.

Of course, this 'leak' by Holland isn't the first time he gave away something potentially spoilery – his most recent stunt was leaking the title Far from Home.

However, that appeared to be more clever marketing on Marvel's part, as it realised his reputation and decided to allow him to reveal it by 'accident'.

"There are certain logistics of the way these movies are made that meant that title would potentially be leaked in some way because it was going out into the world in various forms," Marvel boss Kevin Feige told Birth.Movies.Death. "So Mr Holland took it upon himself to leak it for us."

In other news, the official logo for the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel has been unveiled, which you can take a gander at below:

Spider-Man: Far from Home will be released on July 5, 2019.
