The plot description explains that London Calling follows the exploits of Duhamel's character Tommy Ward, a "mediocre hitman who goes on the run and gets stuck in Los Angeles after mistakenly killing the relative of London’s biggest crime lord.
"To get back to his son on the other side of the pond, Tommy makes a deal with his new employer (Hoffman): teach his socially awkward teenage son Julian (Taylor) to be a man, in exchange for safe passage."
Hoffman is best known for his role as Louis Litt on the hit legal drama Suits, which recently broke a series of streaming records.

After being added to Netflix in June last year, the show, which ended in 2019 following its ninth season, became one of the Nielsen streaming chart's highest-rated shows of all time.
Recently responding to the show's record-breaking success, Suits creator Aaron Korsh wrote on X/Twitter: "I always thought we were underestimated, but it turns out, even I underestimated Suits. It's good to be the King."
Despite its success, Korsh recently explained that he has no plans to reboot the show, saying: "Let me say right off that there is no Suits reboot or anything in the works. Strike would have to end, some network or streamer would have to reach out and then we would have to collectively want to. Which is no small thing."
