Tom Hiddleston Stars In Stunning New High Rise Teaser
Ben Wheatley’s ‘High Rise’ is shaping up to be one of our most anticipated movies of 2016.
This new teaser trailer (which you can watch in full above) seems to confirms our theory that the new film from the director of ‘Kill List’ and ‘Sightseers’ is destined to be a cult classic.
From its haunting Tangerine Dream score, to its Kubrick-esque flashes of weirdness, the trailer offers enough to entice you through the door without giving too much away.
This adaptation of the classic dystopian JG Ballard novel stars Tom Hiddleston as Robert Laing, a louche young doctor who moves into a state of the art high rise tower in an alternate vision of 1970s. However, everything inside the building is not quite what it seems. The film also stars Sienna Miller, Luke Evans, and Jeremy Irons.
The film has already won rave reviews on the festival circuit, and we’ll be able to check in to the ‘High Rise’ when it arrives in cinemas on 18 March.
