YouTuber Creates ‘Real’ Wolverine Claws & Becomes Our Hero
Colin Furze has made himself a real pair of fully automatic, 12" claws.
We’re absolutely certain we’re not the only Wolverine fans ever to have stuck kitchen utensils between our knuckles and made menacing faces in an effort to emulate everyone’s favourite cantankerous superhero.
But YouTuber Colin Furze has gone one step further in his cosplay quest.

The X-Men fan has managed to create a pair of 12" stainless steel claws. They’re even fully automatic and spark when they cross each other.
Jealous? Us? Erm... totally, actually.
"These beautiful 12" stainless steel claws fire out at the touch of a button and bring me as close as anyone has to feeling like they have adamantium claws," says Colin as he bounces around his workshop, ripping through cardboard and clearly extremely pleased with his achievement.
Admittedly, the claws look like they could do a bit of damage. And Colin certainly seems an excitable chap. But we won’t allow anything to detract from the sheer genius of this.
Colin has promised more DIY X-Men videos soon. We can’t wait.
